Schedule a tour to view the available suites, choose the suite or booth that best suits your needs, complete a short application, and prepare your deposit. Once the paperwork is finalized and approved, you are ready to move in.

Daily, weekly, and monthly options with no long-term commitments are offered.

Suites hours are 7 am to 11:59 pm. However, tenants do have access to their suites after hours. There are security measures in place to keep the environment as safe as possible.

Deposits are determined by your rental selection. It also depends on the duration of the rental. For those that opt to be there long term, the deposit is one month.

Yes! Tenants are free to customize the walls of their suites to their liking, leaving the floors untouched. Booth renters can decorate their vanity areas leaving everything else cohesive. Non-monthly renters are not allowed to make permanent changes.

We ask that only those on the rental agreement operate out of the suites. You are more than welcome to adjust and add a person and even upgrade your suite to make space accommodations. Our deluxe suites have more than enough space for two individuals and your setup.

Suites start at $215 a week. We offer weekly and rental payment options for both booths and suites.

The furnished suite includes a stylist chair, bench, TVs in select locations, and wall mounted hair dryer.
